Lea Michele and live-in boyfriend, Matthew Paetz, certainly love their special couple time. They go on hikes, plan picnics, and whip up brunch on the weekend. Sometimes they even hit up the tattoo parlor.

Take last Saturday night. Instead of curling up in front of a fireplace and watching SNL, the couple popped by West Hollywood's Shamrock Social Club for some his-and-hers ink. Michele, who has upwards of a dozen tattoos already, added a new Dr. Woo design to one of the fingers on her left hand. Paetz went for his left arm — though the Glee star didn't show off the finished designs.

The actress did share some in-progress Instagram snaps of the lovebird's trip to the tattoo parlor. Click through to see her and her new man "smiling through the pain." Can't wait to see what these two have planned for Valentine's Day. (E! Online)
