It's decorative gourd season, y'all. That also means it's that time of year when you're cracking open windows, lighting any orange-colored candle you see, and making it a point to taste every baked good and beverage with pumpkin in it. Yet, for all the ridiculous fall shit you do, the Pumpkin Spice Latte gets the brunt of the backlash. Maybe it's because it's impossible to enjoy the seasonal beverage without tweeting about it — adding every hashtag you can think of, and throwing in a couple of leaf emojis for good measure.
