Why? She's not a music person but she is dating Angel Haze, one of the nominees for Best Video With A Social Message. And, what better way to declare your message of self-acceptance and love than to walk the red carpet with your S.O.?
That's exactly what Baldwin and Angel Haze did. It might not be the most earth-shattering news, but it's refreshing to see two big names stepping out as a couple (without a tabloid cover trumpeting their coming out).
Even if Haze doesn't take home the Moonman, she'll have driven home the message that you don't need to make a major declaration of your sexuality to be confidently public about your relationship.
