Interestingly enough, dermatologists in Brazil are legally banned from having their own skin-care lines. Instead, they work closely with pharmacists to custom-make prescription products for each person. "It gives them bigger control over what is being used so they can use a higher concentration of actives," the editor explains. Can that become a thing in the U.S., please?
