Jessica Alba Goes All Matchy-Matchy, & We Totally Dig It

It's an age-old beauty rule: Always balance your makeup. So, if you're going to wear a bright, orangey-red lip à la Jessica Alba, you should probably stick to cooler tones for the rest of your look. But, as she tends to do, Alba proved that rules are meant to be broken. She paired that bold, matte lip with warm tones on her eyes and her cheeks. So there.

The reason why Alba's look works so well is because her warm tones are in the same family, but not 100% the same shade. Her lips skew orange, her eyes are a glossy pink, and her cheeks are a warmed-up bronze hue. Top that off with a set of straight-across brows, and this is a strong look that meshes together perfectly.
