Is Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant With Her Third Child?

The 35-year-old reality star has yet to confirm whether she and longtime boyfriend, Scott Disick, are once again expecting. The couple are parents to 4-year-old Mason and 23-month-old Penelope.
The first rumors of Kourtney's pregnancy surfaced in April, when In Touch wrote she is due in the fall. Now, a source tells Us the brunette is a "few months along," while another adds that she "wants a handful of kids."

There are also reports that Kardashian has been seen sipping ginger ale and looking "flushed," which is just as good as a positive pregnancy test in the Hollywood gossip circles.
Us magazine's sources say that North's new cousin is due in December. But, we won't be sending out a congratulatory gift basket until we have confirmation from the mama-to-be.
