As part of a new campaign to raise money and awareness for World Water Day, celebs have taken to social media to show us what they look like sans makeup, and Paltrow is the latest star to go au naturale. She still manages to look flawless despite the unkempt hair, and the lack of heavy makeup we're accustomed to seeing her in.

The 41-year-old mother of two gave a shout out to Drop4Drop and their initiative. "Full of healing power. #iLoveWater #WorldWaterday @drop4drop," she wrote. To really drive home the point that water basically rules, Paltrow is seen chugging a bottle of the stuff. That probably explains why her complexion is impeccable.
