Ulta Takes Beauty Stalking To The Next Level

Have you ever wanted to peek inside the medicine cabinets and makeup bags of other women? Say, a surfer chick who lives in Santa Monica or a Southern Belle who's always dressed to the nines? Duh, of course you have because beauty stalking is a natural form of female curiosity. Plus, we can never shake the fact that our next perfect lipstick or nail polish is probably already the best-kept secret of someone else.

Beauty retail giant Ulta must understand this voyeuristic/curious-cat impulse because they've launched a new initiative called Trading Faces. Every episode will invite two women from totally different regions of the U.S. to swap signature beauty looks. First up: Ashley, a Southern charmer who swears by big hair and pink lip gloss, and Chelsea, an L.A.-based fashion stylist with a glamourous, eclectic, ruby-lipped visage.
