You'd think that, as an artist who pours his heart out on the regular, we'd know Drake pretty well. But, it seems the rapper is actually a bit of a wild card. Case in point: turns out he's funny. Okay, he's really funny. And, we're sorry to say, we never saw it coming. Until now, most of our excitement for this week's episode of Saturday Night Live was because we couldn't wait to see Sasheer Zamata take the stage. There was so much buzz (and controversy) around Lorne Michaels' search for a new cast member, and we're anxious to see history in the making this Saturday. But, then we saw the promo video with Drake — and we may never be the same.
Not only is Drake this week's musical guest, but he'll play host, as well. And, this short clip is reason enough for us to expect major laughs. For those of you scratching your head in confusion, you shouldn't be totally surprised by Drake's acting chops. Who can forget Degrassi? (Just Jared)
