Here's What HBO Has Planned For You in 2014

Be prepared. Sunday's long-awaited Season 3 premiere of Girls will, for the duration of the next four months, dominate pretty much every conversation you have. So yeah, get ready for that.

But, it also marks the start of HBO's jam-packed 2014 schedule. We'll see the return of old favorites (Game of Thrones!) the debut of brand new, soon-to-be favorites (True Detective!), and the finales of longtime favorites (True Blood!).

And, with news that Girls has been renewed for a fourth season before its third is even underway, we must also confront the fact this fall's fifth season of Boardwalk Empire will also be its last.
