HIMYM fans, listen up!
While we're relieved that we can at least say we know who the mother is in this nine-season journey, we're still on the edge of our seats waiting to see exactly how the show will end. Well, HIMYM's co-creator Craig Thomas took to twitter to give us a little peek into what the finale might look like.
"Watched the #Cheers series finale again for inspiration; cried as hard as I did in 1993. A reminder why we do what we do. #HIMYM," he tweeted. Thomas continued, "I'd be proud if #HIMYM finale were even half as good as that! #cheers."
Clearly, this little tweet doesn't give us that much info, but, the way we see it, it's better than nothing. And, while we're not sure how Cheers will influence the finale (more than the typical romantic makeups and breakups, new jobs, and cross-country moves), we do know that the How I Met Your Mother conclusion will be just as watched — and hopefully, just as good.
