Jessica Stam's Sweater's Too Small, But Not In The Way You Think

Jessica Stam had a "Honey, I shrank the sweater" moment last night. But, no, it's not in a skimpy kind of way. Posing on the red carpet for Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, the model showed up in a clever, layered look that paid homage to style star Cher Horowitz. Well, and it also referenced every sweater you ever kept in the dryer just a tad too long.

Dressed in a classic combination of crisp, white button-down; black, skinny trousers; and sneakers, Stam piled on that small sweater as well. And, thanks to the difference in lengths, the effect is actually really flattering. In fact, we always wondered if it was appropriate to wear a crop top to the office. And, thanks to the blonde, bobbed model, we may finally have an answer. In fact, we might never complain should we "accidentally" shrink our knits again.
