Cara Delevingne, i-D‘s Couture Clown, Is Less Creep, More Chic

Well, this certainly is a first. Cara Delevingne goes full harlequin clown in i-D's latest issue. Consider our inherent adolescent fear of those makeup-wearing, joyful creatures cured (maybe). Or, perhaps she's more of a doll — a beautifully strange and glamorous doll. There, that puts our fearfully beating hearts at ease.
For her third i-D cover, Delevingne shares her beanie collection, her odd fan base love, and, for the first time, elaborates on her acting career. "I would do anything for the right role," Delevingne confesses. "I’d shave all my hair off and my eyebrows, I’d gain weight, sky dive, jump off buildings, do my own stunts, I want to learn all there is to learn." While the interview is lush, it's the Richard Bush photo shoot we're fangirling over. Not only does she completely embody the essence of a Charlie Chaplin clown (if there ever was such a thing), Delevingne, the bright and brash personality, disappears. We're not saying that this is the photo shoot to cement her as the next Kate, but we'd be lying if we said it hasn't crossed our minds. (i-D)
