One of our favorite celeb-makeup artist pairings? Keri Russell and her longtime makeup artist, the badass Tina Turnbow. Russell and Turnbow have been a match made in prettiness-heaven for years now, with Turnbow firmly, but gently leading Russell away from her safe neutral makeup into much bolder territory.
