"There's so much truth that I haven't shared yet," Gomez comments in her now fourth Teen Vogue cover interview. After one of her biggest years in terms of her career (not to mention a big one for her fellow Disney Channel peers), Gomez is ready to enter young adulthood. "I'm 21, so now I've entered the decade of confusion about who I am and what I want to do with my life, and that's what this entire decade's going to be."
What that exactly entails is hers to decide. "I was very sheltered until about eighteen or nineteen," she explains. Gomez is in control, though. Her first solo world tour for Stars Dance will round out her first year in the decade of self-awareness. After that? Well, she's following up Spring Breakers with two more movies. What happens in the days and weeks after is as much a mystery to her as it would be for our own lives. One thing is for sure, though: Selena Gomez will go through this period of confusion poised and graceful. (Teen Vogue)
