Anna Wintour's daughter is returning to New York. Bee Shaffer's leaving Hollywood, and her gig working for Glee creator Ryan Murphy, for a new, awesome NYC job. Seth Meyers hired Shaffer for a segment producer role on his new Late Night team. She'll start once Meyers takes over as host from Jimmy Fallon in early 2014. (Can we just say, as an aside, we're still a little sad he's leaving SNL.)
Is Shaffer on track to make the same career strides as her powerful mother? She's certainly making a name for herself in the TV industry. While she's something of fashion royalty, Shaffer may well be on her way to running the behind-the-scenes business of our favorite TV shows. Could she be the Anna Wintour of television?
