Okay, guys, fasten your seatbelts, because we have a very important hair moment to discuss. Michelle Williams has proven once again that she is the master of the grown-out pixie-bob haircut (that's totally an official hairstyle) with this very sneaky — and, of course, extremely gorgeous — new look.

By creating a deep side part and slicking the hair at her temple straight back (while pushing the rest of it forward), the actress had us totally convinced that she was the latest celeb to try out the undershave. We love that Williams and her ever-changing crop always keep us guessing — she certainly is the most beautiful little trickster, no?
