Marilyn Monroe Went Under The Knife?

With so many beautiful people walking around, it's hard not to succumb to the pressure of looking perfect in Hollywood. So hard, in fact, that even one of our town's most stunning icons — none other than Marilyn Monroe — felt the need to go under the knife.

Yep, recent findings suggest her classic good looks weren't entirely au naturel. Previously unseen medical records, dating between 1950 and 1962, have reportedly revealed cosmetic procedures on Monroe's chin and nose. The records will be up for auction next month and include original notes from L.A. plastic surgeon Michael Gurdin.

Clearly, plastic surgery in Hollywood is nothing new, but, we have to admit, we're a little bummed by the news. (NY Daily News)
