Marc Jacobs & Harry Louis Officially Call It Quits

October is shaping up to be a month of big changes for Marc Jacobs. After he officially left his post at Louis Vuitton, we've learned that he's also parted ways with his boyfriend of a year and a half, Harry Louis. The news broke in a totally 21st century way, with Louis taking to his Instagram account to make the announcement.
"So I would like to be the first one to share with you all the news," he wrote. "Me and Marc have decided not to carry on with our relationship as boyfriends." According to the post, the split was due to distance and competing work schedules. "He's such a beautiful and amazing person that I think he deserves a bf [sic] who will stay in at least one of the cities he lives in," Louis continued.
Although Louis' sentiment was sensitive and caring, the picture that accompanied was, well, something else entirely. The ex-boyfriend posted a photo of the couple, accentuated by shattered glass. If nothing else, it certainly gets the point across that the two are over. (StyleCaster)
