Sadly, Beyoncé's Flirtation With Short Hair Appears To Be Over

Oh, Beyoncé. Just when we thought we had her (and her hair) figured out, she goes all shifty on us and totally mixes it up. Case in point: her recent move to pixie-length locks, followed by an abrupt about-face to an angled bob — and now, Queen Bey seems to have returned to the former, flowing locks of her "Single Ladies" days.

Are we disappointed? Well, we can't really tell. On one hand, we loved how B's shorter cuts showed off her gorgeous bone structure — but there's something about that long hair being tossed about on stage that seems permanently ingrained in our minds as signature Beyoncé, with a capital B.
