It seems as though a new restaurant opens up every week in Chicago, and that's just fine by us. We spent our summer alfresco dining at a picnic table over at Parson's Chicken and Fish, and there isn't a dish at Fat Rice that hasn't curled our toes with pleasure. But we're not here to talk about casual eateries with affordable prices — or new ones, for that matter. The top 10 fine-dining restaurants in Chicago for the month of September were just announced by bestofluxury.com, and guess what? They're as evergreen as they come.
