Some days, we can't bear to wear anything besides a soft T-shirt (okay, you caught us — most days). But, our love of super-exciting makeup doesn't always go so well with our dressed-down aesthetic. Olivia Wilde, however, does not have this problem. In fact, she just solved it for us.

At a recent Drinking Buddies screening, she wore a Bruce Springsteen tee that had the potential to look like an old pajama shirt — but, thanks to some super-intense, metallic smoky eye makeup, she looked glamorous, edgy, and effortlessly cool. Isn't that what every girl wants from life?

Of course, it wasn't just the eyes that did it. She balanced that shimmering gaze with a nude lip, warm cheeks, and messy waves, to help complete the off-duty rockstar effect. We know what we're wearing to work tomorrow...
