The September issues of our favorite glossies have been kind to Angelenos: First, we learned that a local blogger made Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed List. And, now, we're ecstatic to find out that an L.A. eatery made the number one spot in Bon Appetit's Best New Restaurants in America roundup.
The winner? DTLA's Alma, which owner and chef Ari Taymor (who you definitely remember from our 30 Under 30 portfolio) opened up roughly a year ago. The joint beat out nine other restaurants in San Francisco, Nashville, Chicago, Portland, and more. And, the local love doesn't end there: Four more L.A. spots, including Allumette and Hinoki & the Bird, made the list of 50 nominees. Click here to check out the entire list and make those reservations ASAP.
