Kate emerged from St. Mary's Lindo Wing wearing a precious polka-dot Jenny Packham number — a frock strikingly similar to Princess Diana's outfit for William's birth. While it's a heartbreaking reminder of Lady Di's untimely passing, it's also a beautiful homage to William's late mother, and an indication of Middleton's continued efforts to keep her memory alive.
