H&M Delays Its E-Commerce Launch Once Again

For a company that has so much figured out (sustainable production, effective recycling programs, awesome celebrity endorsements, high-fashion spin-offs), it's hard to believe that H&M doesn't yet have online shopping in the U.S. It feels like every six months, we report that the previous launch date's been pushed back to an undisclosed date.

The last time we checked in? H&M head of investor relations Nils Vinge was confident that the brand would head online "…sometime this summer." And, SheFinds also reported that a sales associate at the H&M on 18th Street and Fifth Avenue confirmed that the launch date was in June, based on information shared in internal H&M staff meetings. However, Racked confirmed that H&M does not have a set launch date.

So, for any of you harboring fantasies of shopping for the Isabel Marant for H&M line from the comfort of your own duvet November 14… Maybe? Possibly? With a chance of probably not? We think you'll have better chances betting on whether you'll be shopping via brain waves from your new Apple iPad Micro.
