Where The ‘Revenge Wears Prada’ Author Hangs Out in NYC

It's always fun learning behind-the-scenes info (like that J.K Rowling wrote much of that first lil' wizard book on the back of a napkin). Which is why we're super intrigued by Lauren Weisberger's guide to NYC. The Devil Wears Prada and, now, Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns author has gotten up-close and personal with Bookish to reveal her favorite Big Apple haunts. Among them? Westville for the Dijob Brussels Sprouts or two hot-dog special (yum), Central Park and The High Line to read, and The Commons for coffee. As for the best place to escape a horrible boss? She says, "Definitely Raines Law Room. It's a hidden, underground bar with a speakeasy feel and killer cocktails. It oozes romance and sophistication. It's plush and quiet: the very antithesis of a hollering boss." Meet you there. (Bookish)
