The opening of Target and Sprinkles at FIGat7th was enough to have downtown denizens jumping for joy, but the center's newest tenant is poised to put those other shops to shame. Who could it be? Drumroll, please...
Ta-da! Zara has secured a whopping 27,000 square feet of prime DTLA real estate, to open spring 2014, which may be the best shopping news we've heard all day — nay, all week! Plus, we can't wait to find out what other heavy-hitting retailers will follow suit and call downtown home too. In any case, here's to not having to make the trek to the Grove to get your Zara fix.
