Rita Ora is the new face of Madonna’s Material Girl clothing range. The singer takes over from model and rock-royalty Georgia May Jagger. It’s alleged that Ora and Madonna met (at Lourdes’s behest) at last week’s Met Ball, and the deal was struck for Ora to represent the ‘80s-inspired teen brand to the tune of £500,0000. Wowzer.

It seems like the singer’s fashion star is on the ascent. So far this year she become the face of Superga in addition to scoring covers on Elle, Glamour, and Hunger magazines. We look forward to seeing how Ora brings her own unique Brit-cool flavour to this U.S. label. But what do you think? Is it the right fit for her? (The Telegraph)
