It's safe to say that Kristen Wiig's return to SNL brought joy to all who watched. The best of the night was, hands-down, "Aw Nuts! Mom's A Ghost."
This is what happens when Disney meets K-horror/J-horror. The fake commercial for the channel's newest summer series has the over-caffeinated youth of Disney cheerfully parading around their home with Wiig as their soul-sucking, ghoulish mother who's become a ghost after an affair in South Korea. She basically looks like Samara from The Ring but with the twisted antics of the little boy from The Grudge who's also a real suburban mom at heart — only without the sterile manners (evil projectile vomit, anyone?).
