It's hard to describe our feelings about this video. While we don't disagree with the message — don't get too crazy with your diet; stick to healthy foods in reasonable portions instead of getting caught up in the latest fad — there's just something else going on here that takes precedence. There really are no words. Or maybe the word we're looking for is amazing.
