Even though we had our doubts, the cherry blossoms are finally blooming and spring weather is here to stay. (The only sad part? No more weekends under down comforters, binge-watching House of Cards and drinking hot tea.) That means it’s time to get out of the house and rediscover the District in all its balmy, sunny glory — and what better motivation than an afternoon pop-up shop?
Tomorrow, venture to Columbia Heights for a Cherry Blossom Pop-Up Shop hosted by the ladies behind Carnelian Boutique and DCFunemployment. For a few hours at Coffy Café, you can shop wares from Stella & Dot, Ciao Nina, and Handmade Habitat, for starters, and treat yourself to some caffeinated goodness. Sounds like a perfect Saturday, right?
