Gwyneth Paltrow's already nixed soy, coffee, and bell peppers...and she's adding yet another indulgence to the no-fly zone. But, this time, it's more than just the contents of the refrigerator — it's the whole dang house!
Chris Martin, who went into escrow on a 6,000-square-foot Brentwood manse, had to ditch the digs as soon as his notoriously exacting wife caught wind of the real estate venture. Clocking in at a cool $4 million, the remote residence would've housed the Coldplay frontman and his bandmates as they recorded another album. Apparently, Gwyn was underwhelmed by the pad (and its lackluster inspection report) and insisted he pull the plug — even after the band gave the abode their acoustic approval via a hallway jam sesh.

But, everything's not lost. (Ha!) We're totally thinking that the actress just wants what's best for her beau — even if that means prolonging the process of finding paradise. In the meantime, there's plenty of room for the crew to crash at the couple's swanky L.A. estate — though, we'd suggest a GOOP crash course before moving in! (Daily Mail)
