Nicolas Ghesquière Is Working On "Something," Which Means His Own Line, Right?

Since Nicolas Ghesquière stepped down from his respected position at Balenciaga, we really have not heard much from the French designer. And while vacations are wonderful (and necessary), it actually appears that Ghesquière has been plotting something much more work-oriented. Namely, a label that's all his own.
As reported in Telegraph U.K. today, the rumors of the designer breaking off into his own label are not completely confirmed to be true. But, if money talks, then with the potential support of Li & Fung, LVMH, or Renzo Rosso of Diesel, Ghesquière's label could be in the making. The three powerhouse companies are each vying to work with the former Balenciaga designer, Telegraph reports, but as of the moment, there have been no official deals and no official word from Ghesquière that his next project will, in fact, be a fashion line. The closest hint the public has received is word that Ghesquière is working on "something." And c'mon, we all know what "something" means...don't we? (Telegraph U.K.)
