It’s official: We Brits are true blue. A survey of 175,000 British women reveals that blue is the colour we love to wear above all else. Closely followed by black and red. The big reveal (though we kind of think it’s a given) is that pink is the least favourite. For too long this hue has been shorthand for femininity (remember the Bic pens?) so it’s refreshing and illuminating to see the actual colours that women identify with and gravitate toward.
Don’t get us wrong. We’re quite partial to an antique rose or even a neon pink, but it doesn’t define who we are. In fact, we’re tempted to try colour blocking navy and pink together. Who’s with us? (Dressipi.com)
