Rihanna Returns To Her Roots With An Old-School Hairstyle

Once again, the gossip rags have dubbed Rihanna and Chris Brown as "on the rocks." And, while we won't hold our breath for that news, we will say the star's newest 'do certainly took our breath away. The tabloid darling hit up a Hollywood nightclub this past weekend to unwind with a few BFFs (including Christina Milian) and debut her new long locks, a look reminiscent of her innocent image from over seven years ago.

Of course, when the Barbadian babe was busy performing "Pon de Replay" in 2005, her tresses were a bit more tame. Now, she boasts an ombre fade and buzzed sides. The hair chameleon is pretty much a stylist's dream come true: Not only is she onboard with testing out new trends, but she's a frequent customer with a serious hair habit. Honestly, this gal changes coiffs more often than most folks switch up their socks (see: curls, exposed roots, and her redhead moment for proof).

Whether the update is a post-breakup move or just another stab at fresh stands, you have to admit, this bad girl is seriously good at rocking every ballsy cut in the book! (Just Jared)
