Vans x Kenzo Second Collab Kicks It Into High Gear…Again!

Forget stars, we've got stripes in our eyes, and the culprit remains the same. Hot off the success of their first collaboration, Vans and Kenzo are teaming up for a second time to remix the sportswear company’s original “sole-houette,” the Authentic sneaker, by injecting it with design master, Kenzo’s graphic patterns and punchy colors. The sneaks borrow the bright stripes and floral prints from Kenzo’s pre-fall and fall ’12 collections.
While the fellas first got a taste for Kenzo's sweet rubber-soled sneakers, now it's the ladies' turn to give them a spin. After all it’s perfectly acceptable to borrow a boyfriend’s blazer, button-down, or baseball cap, and style it in our beloved boy-meets-girl way, but it’s a bit harder to pull off a sneaker if it's several sizes too large. Thankfully, these worries are in the past.
Where we once pined from afar, now both sexes can get in on the anything-but-boring footwear. Priced at $125, Van x Kenzo will drop in mid-August and be available in Kenzo stores, online, and in other retail locations, including like Opening Ceremony, Colette, IT, Liberty, and Selfridges. Hop ahead for all six styles that have us hyped.
