These definitely aren't the tattoo chokers that you used to win in gumball machines in '95—but rather, the chokers we found are chunky, embellished, and (literally) in-your-face necklaces that sit right above your collarbone. Worn with a crew-neck tee, or a strapless dress, these 14"-18" necklaces will elevate your looks by echelons, but our favorite way of rocking 'em is with a buttoned-up shirt. Tuck the necklace underneath the collar and let a bit of glimmer and shine peek through. Consider it a much lovelier version of a bowtie!
