Pose 2 (Intermediate) : Full Wheel — Urdhva Dhanurasana
"Start on your back with the soles of your feet on the floor, close to your sitting bones. Make sure feet and hands are hip width apart with hands place just above shoulders, fingers spread wide. Activate feet and inner thighs and roll them in toward one another as you push up into a wheel. Open your chest wide, drop head back, and extend through the shoulders to fully extend chest. Squeeze shoulder blades into one another and exhale. Modify the pose by lifting one leg straight into the air. Remember to curl knees into your chest and roll front and back to release the back once you come out of the pose."
