Pose 1 (Beginner): Camel — Ustrasana
"Start off on your knees, tilt your hips forward so they are over your knees. Then, ease into this backbend by placing hands on your lower back. Gradually drop hands down to your ankles. Exhale and allow your chest to open. Tilt your head back and allow your throat to open."
