Pose 3 (Advanced): Forearm Stand — Pincha Mayurasana
"This is a fun pose that, once mastered, you can vary. Starting with the same setup as the forearm plank, you will begin to walk your feet toward your hands. Keep the space between your index and thumb grounded while making sure the pinky finger side of your palms do not lift. Ground down through your forearms and eventually float up, getting the shoulders to stack above the elbows. By keeping the shoulder blades on the spine, you should be able to create space through your clavicle. From there you can keep you legs tall, bend and arch at the knees or even take the legs into lotus pose!"
