Hailing from NYC, each class at this spin studio focuses on working your entire core while clearing your mind of stress and tension. The instructors are passionate and create their own playlists — everything from Nirvana to Taylor Swift can be heard while doing tap-backs and sprints. We're so devoted to the drills that our cycling shoes get more wear than our black pumps — and that's saying something! With brand-spankin'-new Santa Monica and Brentwood outposts, there's no excuse to skip these soulful sessions.

The intense intervals of the Full Body course are great for Angelenos in search of an entire-body overhaul, but the routines that focus on arms, abs, butt, and legs are perfect for those in need of a fine-tune.
