"Balenciaga is a brand that perfectly mixes classic style and avant-garde design. I can relate to that mix. I'ts also a brand with a very strong direction. We don't just lend out to anyone, our approach to dressing actors is all very thought out. I like that intellectual aspect."

What pieces from your brand are you pining after this very minute?
"The Padlock All Afternoon Bag in yellow, the Pencil Skirt in black leather, and the Gate Mocassin Style Pumps in Bordeaux."

What's your approach to dressing for the workplace?
"I wear at least one item of Balenciaga every day, though it isn't unusual for me to wear it head-to-toe either! One of the most important things for me in dressing for work is to be comfortable, but chic. I also need to recognize myself in the clothes. I never want to look or feel foreign or 'costume-y.' I must be at ease in my outfit. I would never wear something that isn't me, regardless of the brand. I like to mix masculine and feminine, and this style is often reflected in our collections. I wear jeans as much as I wear dresses and skirts, and the same goes for flats and heels. Also, I don't separate day and evening too much — it's all about style for me. I don't adhere too much to codes."
