What's the number one piece of advice you would give to girls who want to work in the fashion industry?
"I would say: Gain as much experience in as many different realms of the industry as possible, starting in college, perhaps even in high school. Also, take tons of classes, especially in design. It’s the one thing I regret."

As an intern, what was the craziest task you were asked to do?
"I had to clean an actress's feet once before she stepped into couture. It was crazy! But honestly, I didn’t even think twice about doing it — I was 20 years old and willing to do anything for my career."
