The W Hotel's Whiskey Flight Is Fall—In Liquor Form

Though we may have named tequila our libation of choice for the summer (hello, rooftop margaritas!), the onset of cooler temps means we're looking for something to warm our spirits by the fire. This month, we're checking out the W Hotel's Whiskey Cocktail Flight. Available at the Living Rooms of the W New York's Times Square and Downtown locations, the flight is an easy way to get acquainted with the diversity of whiskey — or a simple way to enjoy it if you're already an enthusiast.

Old Fashioned
Muddle sugar cube with a tiny dash of soda water.
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
2 oz. Buffalo Trace
Stir (in glass) with rocks, garnish with orange and lemon twists
Manhattan
2 oz. Rittenhouse Rye
1 oz. Antica Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with a lemon twist
2 Pony Kick
2 dashes Xocolatl Bitters
1 tsp. Demerara
2 oz. coffee- and cacao bean-infused Makers Mark
Stir with ice, garnish with orange and lemon twists
