This Sweet & Salty Treat Could Be The New Christmas Cookie

We are in the thick of it now — there's no way around it, no way to slow time down! Presents, Christmas cookies, holiday parties, and everything else that comes with this magical time of year is upon us.
I haven't done much shopping yet, but I have started making these super easy, white chocolate-dipped pretzel rods, which I'm sure will make the perfect DIY gift for some of my friends and family. But, if you're anything like me...you'd better make a double batch because they are seriously addictive! Read on for the recipe.

Ingredients
1 12-oz package white chocolate chips
24 large pretzel rods
Assorted holiday sprinkles
Assorted holiday M&Ms
Instructions
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the bowl on high for 30-second increments, stirring in between with a rubber spatula, until fully melted.
Dip one pretzel rod into the white chocolate at a time; and use the back of a spoon to spread the chocolate evenly halfway up the rod. Twist the rod until all the excess chocolate has dripped off. Hold the rod over a piece of parchment paper and shake sprinkles or chocolate on all sides. Place the pretzel on another piece of parchment paper to dry. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Let the pretzel rods dry for at least 3 hours before wrapping up and giving away as gifts. You can also refrigerate them for 1 hour to speed up this process if needed.
