As the name suggests, this LES restaurant and bar isn't short of UK influences, from the tartan upholstered booths and chairs (the same pattern used by both McQueen and Vivienne Westwood) to a menu that's got distinctly non-Manhattan fare. Indeed, citizens from a majority of the Commonwealth of Nations will find something they recognize: Tandoori Spiced Foie Gras is a couple dishes above Highlands Smoked Salmon and King Prawn Fish and Chips. And kilt-wearers know it's serious when there's over 100 scotches on tap. To get you tippling in Brit-approved style, our suggested ensemble mines Alexa Chung, with a sparkling dress from English retailer AllSaints made less formal with a lace blouse thrown on top and a color-popping bag. And the shoes are just rad, no matter what country you live in.
