The Phoenix Hotel’s brand-new lounge and restaurant, Chambers Eat + Drink, recently opened its doors in the space left vacant by Bambuddha, and boy is she a beauty. Lit up in fiery hues, the 3,000-square-foot spot is filled with lush furnishings including loveseats upholstered in lumberjack plaid; a record collection comprised of 7,000 vintage vinyl albums that line the walls, chic cabanas surrounding the pool, and a huge sign behind the indoor bar that spells "Be Amazing’" in old-fashioned light-bulbs.
