1. Brooklyn Botanical Garden's Bee Day Party—You might want to bring your EpiPen to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden's bee-themed centennial party, where you can enjoy (among other things) a performance by a cappella heavy-weights the Persuasions, a reading by Times columnist Verlyn Klinkenborg, and some local honey-lovin'.

2. Loreley Williamsburg—Modeled after famous the Biergarten "Brauhaus" in Cologne, Loreley Williamsburg is the result of a remodel done to a defunct corner gas station. There's delicious deutsche snacks to complement the beer, as well as a great selection of wines and spirits if ale is what ails you. Go ahead, get a lil' old world.

3. MARTE—We can barely remember our elementary school days, but this weekend, jog your memory with this blast from the past. MARTE (Manhattan Artisan Retail & Trade Emporium) is a weekly flea taking place at schools throughout Manhattan. Featuring unique jewelry, antiques and entertainment, the flea is a collab between Manhattan Media and the Parent's Association. Proceeds from the event go to the school, providing for a rad way to donate to your alma mater.

4. CHEER World Cup—Kick off the World Cup with all-you-can-eat-tacos, Bavarian beers and Brazilian sandwiches at these local sports bars and restaurants. Organized by team, join your fellow countrymen at these awesome haunts. Of course, multiple big-screens and eighteen-foot projectors are a must.

5. Upstairs are the Kimberly—Lay claim to one of the string light embellished outdoor nooks (we looove the one with the fireplace!) ticked within the Kimberly's new ivy-entwined, 3,000 square-foot penthouse. Temperature regulated floors, a retractable glass roof, and an epic view of the Chrysler Building make for the perfect place to see and to be seen.

6.Burning Man on the Beach—Last year, more than 13,000 people showed up for this once-yearly beachside art festival, a spin off of the Burning Man Festival in Black Rock Desert. Burning Man on the Beach is chock-full of trippy interactive sculptures and a surreal mini-golf course spring up on Governor's Island.

7. Global Comedy Sketchfest—Peep future SNL cast members now as sketch and improv comedy troops from around the world share the stage this weekend at the UCB theater. With names like the all female Dirty Jeans & Thunderchief, you won't want to miss this riot that is sure to make your belly ache.

8. Mister Market—Finally, a flea market for guys! Stock up on Father's Day gifts or gifts for no reason with this one-time flea market catered toward the dudes in our lives. This pop-up style market features clothes, accessories, and miscellaneous objects that any guy would love. Spoil him this weekend at Mister Market.
