Big Sur
If you ask us, there’s no other spot in Northern Cali that's quite on par with the glistening oceanic-meets-wooded wonderland of Big Sur. The 90-mile stretch of Ventana Wilderness boasts breathtaking beaches, unique wildlife, and sprawling forests that are incredibly scenic (we totally get why this place was home to a bevy of famous American artists and writers). A Big Sur excursion ranks high on our Memorial Day hit list, and coming stylishly prepared is a must.
