Stressful day at work? Taking a quick walk at lunchtime could solve that — and a lot more: A recent study found that on days when employees walked for just 30 minutes at lunch, they were less stressed, more enthusiastic, and less fatigued than on days when they didn't. (Prevention) Sometimes, we need a protein kick in the morning, but we don't want to sacrifice the sweetness of a smoothie. On those days, try adding chia seeds and peanut butter to the mix (like in this recipe) to get both. Coffee is excellent, but it has one fatal flaw: It contains caffeine, so we can't drink it at every hour of the day.
